Q: What areas do you cover?

Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?

Once you have placed a booking with us you will receive an email to confirm your booking has been accepted.

Q: How much luggage can I take?

The luggage space depends on the type of vehicle that you book. Luggage capacity is specified under each vehicle type. If you are unsure about size please get in touch.

Q: How early do I need to book?

Our advice is to book as early as you can. Bookings can however be made as late as 24 hours before you journey, on our online booking system. If your journey needs to be within 24 hours please telephone us for availability.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

All prices are quoted per car and not per person.

Q; What if I cannot locate my driver?

Our drivers will be in touch with you on the day of pick up from the airport, If you cannot locate your driver please contact us immediately. You will incur a full “no show” charge if you leave the agreed pick up point and fail to make contact.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?

We will cancel and refund any journey before our driver has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel after our driver has been dispatched and on route, you will incur full journey charges.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?

We understand that flights come in early and late so we track the flights to ensure we arrive at the airport when you do so no extra charges.

Q: What if I miss my flight?

If you have missed your flight you need to inform us immediately via telephone. You will incur a full “no show” charge if you fail to inform us before our driver has been dispatched.

Q: What does the price include?

The price which is quoted is the price you pay there are no hidden charges, however there is a 2.5% surcharge should you choose to pay by card.

Q: What happens if my flight is cancelled?

If your flight is cancelled please call us and let us know and we will not send the driver. As with all cancellations you must inform us as early as possible to avoid any costs..

Q: What happens if my flight is redirected?

If your flight is redirected to a different airport please call us asap and we will ensure the driver goes to the new airport. You will need to pay the extra charge for the extra travel.

Q: Where will my driver meet me?

In most terminals it is in the arrivals hall but our driver will contact you via text or call as soon as your plane lands to arrange the exact meeting point.

Our driver will be holding a name board with your name or your company name depending upon your instructions.
